Refund policy

Digital Products (Templates, Planners, Ebooks)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded or accessed. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products except in the following circumstances:

  • The file is corrupted or defective and cannot be opened
  • You did not receive the download link within 24 hours of purchase
  • The product is significantly different from what was described

To request a refund for a digital product issue, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with proof of the issue.

Physical Products (Print-on-Demand Items)

For physical products, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Returns accepted for 14 days from delivery date
  • Free return shipping
  • No restocking fee
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • No final sale items
